Thank you RBC!

summerlunch+ celebrated its tenth season by expanding to ten sites across Ontario.

Thanks to the RBC Foundation, this growth was possible and necessary given the soaring price of food and the rising rates of food insecurity across the country. RBC sponsored four of the ten communities in summer 2025 reaching children and their families with weekly cooking classes and free meal kits that reduced barriers to access.

We were so pleased to meet the growing need and could not have done it without the support of RBC. We were also grateful that RBC committed funding to support additional sites in summer 2026. Thank you for making this expansion possible and for helping us reach even more families last summer and in the seasons ahead.
