This weeks theme is Fuelling for Activity which will teach you about the importance of being active, drinking water, and foods to keep you energized. Physical activity and hydration go hand in hand. You will learn how they are related through this weeks module and activities. When creating this weeks recipes, be sure to customize the recipes and make them your own!
