Simple garlic lemon dressing

Yield: 3.5 cups


  • 3 cups yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped


  1. Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor of blender until smooth and combined.
  2. Pour into squeeze bottles and store in the refrigerator.
Nutrition Tip: Yogurt is a great source of calcium and healthy bacteria. This sauce adds a bright tang to any dish!
