Simple garlic lemon dressing
Yield: 3.5 cups
- 3 cups yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor of blender until smooth and combined.
- Pour into squeeze bottles and store in the refrigerator.
