Oh La La Vinaigrette

Yield: 2.5 cups


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ cup chopped herbs

Directions:

  1. Blend together vinegar, mustard, and salt. Slowly pour in olive oil while mixing.
  2. Add it chopped herbs last.
  3. Pour into squeeze bottles and store in refridgerator.
Nutrition Tip: Salad dressings at the grocery store are often full of added salt, unhealthy fats, and preservatives. Making it at home is very easy and inexpensive. It is a great skill! You can make this dressing and keep it in your fridge for two weeks to use however you would like.
