Yield: about 4 cups
- 3 cups cooked or canned chickpeas, drained
- 1 ½ cups tahini sauce
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
- Process until smooth and creamy. Continue to process for another minute.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
