Green Tahini Dressing

Yield: 2.5 cups


  • 2 cups tahini
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp fresh mint
  • 1 tsp fresh cilantro


  1. Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor of blender until smooth and combined.
  2. Pour into squeeze bottles and store in refrigerator.
Nutrition Tip: Tahini is a thick spread made from sesame seeds. It is high in phosphorous, iron, and protein. This sauce is a great way to flavour dishes like salads, meats, or veggies, in a healthy way.
