Yogurt-Cream Cheese Icing
Yield: Enough to cover 2 loaf cakes
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1. Beat cream cheese and sugar together using an electric mixer until smooth. Alternatively, you can mash using a fork and run it through mesh strainer.
- 2. Add in sour cream, yogurt, and vanilla beat or mash until combined.
