Yogurt-Cream Cheese Icing

Yield: Enough to cover 2 loaf cakes


  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


  1. 1. Beat cream cheese and sugar together using an electric mixer until smooth. Alternatively, you can mash using a fork and run it through mesh strainer.
  2. 2. Add in sour cream, yogurt, and vanilla beat or mash until combined.
